Primary duties may include but are not limited to:

Responsible for creating, documenting and communicating the broker distribution strategy.

Directly responsible for creating and executing a comprehensive, multi-facet broker marketing, engagement and training program.

Has direct responsibility for the execution of the FMO broker channel.

Has shared responsibility with local market leaders for the execution of the MGA and PPA channels.

While the organization primarily focuses on the Medicare market, Individual and Small Group market segments may also be impacted. Position must work collaboratively across business units and markets to ensure growth and profitability targets are met.

May support other MBUs as well.

Must work closely with the appropriate business owners and IT leadership of all company segments and with the Commercial business and operations leaders of current and potential strategic partners.

Strategic National Medicare Distribution Leadership Team member providing strategic input to the markets supported, overseeing channel performance and serving as the business lead on several key projects.

Hires trains coaches counsels and evaluates performance of direct reports.

Qualifications

Requires a BA/BS.

10 years of professional/leadership experience.

5 years of Medicare sales experience.

Any combination of education and experience, which would provide an equivalent background.

Technical project experience and call center oversight preferred.
