Residential cleaner (Milford & surrounding area)

Small residential cleaning company, in business 20 years, in need of reliable, drug free, hardworking cleaners. Must have reliable and insured car. Work 8:30-5:00 pm daily and every other Sat. No Sunday’s or holidays.

This is long term employment

This position requires ability to pass random drug screen. (I don’t test for marijuana or suboxone) if you use heroin, meth, benzos, pain pills or abuse alcohol etc. do not apply.

This job is very dirty, fast paced, sweaty and involves hard physical labor. (Need to be healthy).

If you need to miss work or be late often don’t apply.

Need to be detailed and ability to learn supplies and cleaning routine. Able to accept constructive criticism without getting argumentative or get your feelings hurt. I need you to be able to learn my method of cleaning.

Must have washer and dryer and able to wash your rags nightly.

If you have kids but don’t have a reliable babysitter don’t apply.

Opportunity to make up to $16 pr hr. If you are a quick learner. Pay starts at $12.00 pr hr but you can advance rapidly if you do a great job. I reimburse you for gas.

We clean mostly around Mariemont; Montgomery; Kenwood etc. some are farther out.

You will receive a 1099 at end of year.
