Provide customer service support to the consumer who initiates phone contact with the service center. May involve answering questions, directions or other product knowledge via telephone and/or email.

This position communicates directly with consumers as well as internal and external business partners.

Effectively resolve issues and questions.

Provide outstanding service to consumers ensuring the consumer experience is accurate and professional.

Responsible for consumer satisfaction and retention through accurate and thorough processing.

Efficient problem solving resolution

Must exhibit empathy with the consumer

Perform other responsibilities and duties as required and assigned

Must have strong verbal and writing skills.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Office and email usage.

Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and GP a plus.

Must be a professional, responsible, reliable and detail oriented multi-tasker.

Must be able to work as independently and as a team member in an efficient and timely manner.

Must be able to achieve individual metrics set to contribute to team goals

Education/Experience: A minimum of 2 years’ experience working in a customer service environment, preferably in a call center. A degree and bilingual skills are a plus.
