MAINTENANCE TECH

Pondsco is looking for a Maintenance Tech for the River Ridge Mall.

· Available Shift: Tuesday-Saturday from 10:30AM – 6:00 PM

· Pay Rate: $15.00 / Hour. Position is a non-exempt position.

CORE DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

General maintenance: HVAC, electrical, plumbing, dry wall, painting, flooring replacement, roof repairs, and hardware.

Sets up and break down chairs, tables and equipment for special events.

Pick up and deliver supplies and materials to retail center as needed.

Follow all applicable safety rules and procedures.

Report work accomplished orally or on written work order to supervisor.

SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

Pass pre-employment background screening and drug test.

Must have a valid driver license and auto insurance.

Lift of up to 50 pounds repeatedly, bend, reach, stand and walk for prolonged periods of time.
