Immediate opening for full-time Administrative Assistant to the Property Manager. Experience required. We are a Real Estate company that provides professional customer service; for owners of rental property (both commercial and residential), and our tenants.This position involves a high level of accuracy, strong verbal and written communications skills, ability to be a part of a team, must be detailed oriented and able to multi-task, good organizational skills, and need for efficient and professional work. Patience, confidence, respect, and desire to learn, are character traits that are necessary to perform the tasks of this position.

Daily tasks involve: answering phones; taking detailed messages for other managers; collection and deposit of tenant rents; communication via email with clients, owners, and tenants; all incoming and outgoing mail; maintenance of tenant files and data input for tenants; scheduling of showings for rentals; screening process for applications for rentals.

Must be available Monday through Friday 9am-5pm.
