Accounts Payable Clerk

You're a good fit for this Accounts Payable (A/P) Clerk position is you can match, batch and code invoices, resolve A/P issues, process expense reports, update and reconcile sub-ledger to G/L, and process checks. The Accounts Payable Clerk role will be situated in the Redlands, California area and is a full-time employment.Your responsibilities in this role

Provide support during internal and external audits

Ensure invoices, checks, and other documents are properly sorted, logged, scanned, and filed

Complete special projects on an as-needed basis

Produce full-cycle A/P

Execute daily processes and controls accurately and in a timely manner; ensuring compliance with company policies

Assist internal business partners with any customer services needs

Handle the administrative needs of the AP/Finance Department

Manage validating, recording, and mailing checks and expedite special handling

Handle daily department mail by opening, sorting, and distributing it

Requirements

Expertise in account reconciliation

Comprehensive knowledge of Accounts Payable (AP)

2+ years of experience in an A/P role preferred

Strong organization skills

Spreadsheet and database capabilities

AA or BS/BA degree in Accounting, Business or similar preferred

Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills, especially with both technical and financial backgrounds
