DescriptionOfficeTeam is hiring a temporary to full-time Customer Service Team Member/Account Manager for our client in Gardena.To be successful in this role, you should be professional, highly motivated, extremely organized and have a high attention to detail. This candidate must have excellent communication skills and the ability to problem solve in a fast paced working environment. Not required but preferred a back ground in consumer products and an understanding of retail hierarchy and mathematics.Responsibilities New Retail Partner Forms to include Set-up and On Boarding information to create an active partnership. This to include but not limited to account set-up and terms provide by departmental need. Work with EDI supply partners to assist in initial set up and mapping process to move them in to test mode. EDI order processing for all assigned Accounts Maintain Shipping and Logistics Manuals for all key accounts and furnish as needed to warehouse and shipping department. Work with Product Development and Sales to maintain and organized UPC Code listing to include wholesale cost, SRP and record of any sell-in cost to each specific retailer and order history by category and SKU. Maintain and Distribute all promotional campaigns and calendars on behalf of division and category by retail partner.
