Director Clinic Operations

Our Director of Clinic Operations provides strategic direction for the business management of Clinics, including establishing and monitoring multi-year business plans, setting and monitoring unit goals, managing the internal and external reputation of the clinics supervised, and building business capability and profitability. The Clinic Operations Director oversees the planning, organization, development and management of the overall operations of a division. This includes terminal responsibility for finances, facility management, staffing, reputation building and public perception. The Clinic Operations Director also has responsibility for managing staff, budget, physician relations, facilities resourcing, compliance activities, operations planning, process improvement, inter-department relations; public relations, and establishing and executing mid-range and long term plans.The ideal candidate for the Clinic Operations Director role has experience working with Physicians and other providers; excellent interpersonal skills; handles difficult people and difficult situations; creates and understands financial reports; and has experience in staff development and excellent written and oral skills are required.

EDUCATION - Bachelors Degree Required, Masters Degree Highly Preferred

EXPERIENCE - A minimum of 5 years experience required
