Construction laborer Needed (South jersey)

Seeking an individual that meets the following:
1. You must have a reliable vehicle and a valid drivers license. Please no car sharing situations.
2. Drug free only. You will not hide it from me.
3. We do residential water and sewer service replacements. You will be digging. It is a labor intensive dirty job. Be prepared for that. If you are not please do not apply. We utilize a backhoe but there is always hand work involved.
4. Our work schedule is unpredictable. If you have schedule limitations or a girlfriend calling every 5 minutes wanting to know what time you are going to be home. Sometimes we work 12 hours sometimes 4 hours. It depends on the job.
5. Starting pay is $16.00 an hour. You set your own value to the company you will be evaluated in 60 days and every 6 months for a pay raise. Experience is definitely a plus.
6. We can meet at a mutually convenient location every day and you can jump in the truck or you can come to Sewell every morning and jump in from there.
