Call Center (BDC) Representative (North Olmsted)

Ganley Westside Imports is seeking both full time and part time Call Center (BDC) Representatives to join our team!

We are looking for a high-energy individual who is confident, enthusiastic, and driven. Candidate must be computer literate and possess great phone skills. Normal shifts are 8 hours, 5 days a week. Must have weekend availability.

Business Development Center Representative- Job Responsibilities:

Communicates effectively with customers and prospects.

Gain knowledge of all dealership products and services.

Drive traffic for the service and sales departments by setting appointments.

Handling incoming calls.

Must be willing and able to handle- 50+ calls each day.

Must have the drive and desire to meet production goals and expectations.

Maintains professional appearance.

Other duties as assigned.

Business Development Center Representative- Requirements:

High school diploma or the equivalent.

Valid in-state driver's license

Excellent customer service and communication skills

Must be able to work on the phone and computer all day

Pleasant and engaging phone personality

Call Center, collections, inside sales experience a plus

Proven track record

Strong record of positive Customer Satisfaction results

Team-oriented

Submit to and successfully complete background check, and pre-employment drug test

Monday-Thursday: 8:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Friday: 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Saturday: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM
