Trim Carpenter needed,

We are looking for Trim Carpenters with 2+ years carpentry experience installing interior and exterior trim. Pay is based on experience. Applicant will be required to go through a 3 day job performance evaluation in order for credentials to be validated. Guaranteed $15.00 per hour during the 3 day evaluation.

Must have the following to apply:

valid driver's license and reliable transportation

must able to pass criminal background check

own nail bag with tools for the trade

full knowledge of installing interior and exterior doors, installation of door and window casing, and baseboards.

experience with crown molding installation

positive attitude

clean appearance

Labor type:

High-end residential construction

Job Duties:

Reading and interpreting blueprints

Knowledge of building codes and regulations preferred

Knowledge of job site safety rules and regulations (OSHA) preferred

Knowledge of woods and their uses and adaptability

Knowledge of methods, tools, and equipment used in carpentry
