The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) provides each Elder with routine daily nursing care and other desired services in accordance with the Elder’s assessment, choices and care plan. The Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) works closely with the Household Coordinator and RN Clinical Manager to manage the day to day functions. Qualifications:Required: Graduate of an accredited school of practical nursing. Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) licensed in the State of Iowa. Maintains valid licensure/certification/registration.
