A permanent employment opportunity, this Paralegal role will be located in the Orlando, Florida area.Key responsibilitiesMethodical approach to handling substantial workload — ability to prioritize and organize effectively

Review a multitude of legal work, including the research and analysis of in-depth legal documents

Provide support to attorney through all phases

Data base management of all relevant documents Requirements - Being savvy with word processing and spreadsheets is favorable

Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer service mindset

Active problem-solver who listens for customer cues and actively resolves problems with grace and integrity

Ability to take ownership of projects, writing and negotiating, planning and organizing

Accurate, attentive, and experience handling sensitive or confidential information

3+ years of relevant experience

Solid understanding of federal courts

Legal research experience preferred

Draft Legal Documents experience

Proficiency in class action litigation

Litigation experience required

Proven knowledge of e-Filing
