DescriptionHumana is seeking an innovative Marketing Director - Sales Channel Marketing to plan and oversee the implementation of our marketing strategies across all distribution channels. You will be developing channel-specific marketing strategies, planning marketing campaigns, and managing marketing communications. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented, motivated, passionate, and collaborative individual who has a deep understanding of distribution channels, sales experience, and the consumer journey. As the Marketing Director, you will provide data-based strategic direction to identify and address key issues and opportunities that directly enhance the performance of the agent team to deliver business goals.ResponsibilitiesAs the Marketing Director you will be accountable for driving the next level sales enablement and sales engagement plan to support production and productivity of our sales force in partnership with inside and outside sales teams. You will leverage understanding of distribution, business dynamics, and product benefits to integrate and innovate communications along the agent journey. This will also include leading initiatives to analyze complex business problems and issues using data from internal and external sources. You will bring expertise or identify subject matter experts in support of multi-functional efforts to identify, interpret, and produce recommendations and plans based on industry and market knowledge. Additionally, you will ensure that team processes and procedures align with corporate and organizational vision and work with marketing and business stakeholders to ensure team is on track with marketing plans in alignment with strategy. In this role, you will make decisions on moderately complex to complex issues while working across the organization.Role-specific actions include:Responsible for the strategy and execution of a best in class point of sale experience through print, digital and video

Ensure the AEP Go-To-Market Strategy is of the highest quality, integrated cross functionally in the markets and deliver a high satisfaction score by agents

Create a new digital roadmap and determine platforms to ensure agents have modern marketing tools & techniques to enable sales

Design the sales marketing strategy, influence and align with marketing colleagues, key internal business partners, and other cross-functional teams

Responsible for pioneering and owning the strategy, implementation, and management of a portfolio of marketing journeys and the results they generate to support productivity of sales

Lead cross-functional planning to ensure alignment and preparedness across multiple stakeholders - delivering on time and on-quality work

Analyzing market data, trends, consumer preferences, and competitor behavior to optimize marketing strategies.

Establish processes and procedures for interaction w/ key biz functions

Evaluating and improving existing channel marketing strategies

Oversee the sales marketing budget and documentation

Gathering marketing campaign data, evaluating the impact of strategies, and reporting the results.

Deploying sales marketing strategies in collaboration with the marketing team, distribution partners, and other departments.

Required QualificationsMaster's Degree or equivalent experience

7 or more years of marketing or sales experience

5 or more years of management experience

This role is part of Humana's Driver safety program and therefore requires an individual to have a valid state driver's license and proof of personal vehicle liability insurance with at least 100,000/300,000/100,000 limits

Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences

Preferred QualificationsPrior health insurance industry experience

Prior ad agency experience

Prior experience with designing and arranging website content
