You will be integral in creating environmental control system (ECS) solutions that meet the evolving needs of our customers. You will be involved in every aspect of the systems life cycle; from the front end of business development through product end of life. Key Responsibilities · ECS performance modeling tools development & maintenance · Maintaining modeling tool capability roadmaps aligned to customer needs · Model based development system design · Systems integration · Systems validation & verification · budget/schedule responsibility · Model creation, validation & verification · ECS System Architecture Design & coding YOU MUST HAVE · Bachelors degree in Engineering or Computer Science · 2 + years of system design experience within mechanical or aerospace field · Programming experience with Microsoft.NET and C languages · US citizenship due to contractual requirements WE VALUE · Knowledgeable in thermodynamic principles and software (non-certified) coding (system modeling) · UI / UX development experience · Knowledge of the environmental control systems (ECS) development lifecycle · Individuals that quickly analyze, incorporate and apply new information and concepts. · Diverse and global teaming and collaboration · Effective communicator · Individuals who are self-motivated and able to work with little supervision, who consistently take the initiative to get things done. · Ability to adapt dictated by project changes · Multi-tasking and has the ability to manage a variety of complicated tasks. · Experience with integrated systems testing Honeywell is an equal opportunity employer.
