Manufacturing Technician (MT) MT is process analysis based at a workstation, mostly 9-10 hours at a desk, utilize a computer screen. MFG daily work is 80% at primarily office-based position. 20% will work in the manufacturing floor. Watching several manufacturing processes, over several departments at once. Monitoring process/metrology tool status, online, and offline measurement date trend chart (SPC), and handing abnormal lot by SOP. You will ensure tool and wafer quality under allowance action and align with PE/EE/MFG for tool action plan. Watching for alarms, any issues that come up with the tools – anything that might interrupt the process, escalate issues Learn 20-25 manufacturing systems that control wafer movement in production settingWork Shift Overview Training is at temporary facility on Dunlap & I-17, Sun to Thursday, 1PM – 10PM? Training is for 6-months to learn 20-25 manufacturing software systems and semiconductor manufacturing processes 1st half of training shift is classroom, then a catered dinner, then the 2nd half is shadowing our teams in Taiwan via video conferencing In January 2023, we move to our new facility (I-17 & Carefree Highway) and we change our shifts to a 12 to 13-hour work shift, on a 3-day and 4-day work week o 12-hour work shift + shift pass down (approximately a 13-hour workday) Your shifts could be on nights (6PM-6AM) or days (6AM-6PM). We don’t know which shift you are going to and will not know until our full team is hired and trained in 2023. Good with all of this?
