Description:
  • Help define operating model for Global Financial Data, Analytics and Reporting Technology
  • Work with Senior Leadership Team to define, organize and org-wide portfolio and agile process
  • Establish governance routines, create and maintain program and project artifacts, including, but not limited to: Overall program project plan, ongoing status reports (4-blockers), issues logs, change management log, status report decks, budget tracking, project milestone tracking, and project charters.
  • Communicate and influence to drive results-oriented solutions
  • Partner across the organization to eliminate potential roadblocks to success
  • Conduct in depth analysis and work with executive stakeholders to drive change
  • Support specific IBOR workstream project/change routine

  • 10+ years of programs/project management
  • Experience defining, organizing, managing major programs and organizations

  • Willingness to work under pressure to meet deadlines
  • Ability to multi task and properly prioritize multiple projects
