job summary:Our client has an immediate opening for an help desk/deployment support specialist to work in an enterprise financial client in central New Jersey.Candidate will have 1 to 4 years of IT support phone support as well as great customer service skills and work in an hybrid environment and be vaccinated.6 to 12 month engagement or longer with holidays and paid time off. location: Woodbridge, New Jerseyjob type: Contractsalary: $24 - 29 per hourwork hours: 8am to 5pmeducation: Associates responsibilities:1. Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users2. Quick learner and ability to learn independently3. Disciplined self-starter4. strong team player5. strong communication and organizational skills Desired skills, responsibilities, experience needed- Working knowledge of Network, Windows, Virtualization, VPN technology- Ability to map network drives- Familiar with remote administration tools, such as: Kaseya- Familiar with centralized device management (BigFix)- strong understanding of Active Directory- Detecting and organizing external displays with windows display tool- Familiarity with Outlook and PST files- Familiarity with OneDrive- Experience with Microsoft Teams collaboration tools- Desktop/Application troubleshooting fundamentals- Experience using an incident/ticketing system (ServiceNow)- ITIL training is a plus qualifications:
