Position Summary
  • Deployment & Maintenance Operations Production Services Lead
  • This is a position on the EET Production Support - Deployment and Maintenance Operations team, responsible for global enterprise workstation patch and compliance.
  • Responsible to oversee and perform compliance reviews, troubleshooting and remediation on enterprise workstations. The candidate should be a technical professional with operations & troubleshooting experience, perform technical analysis, drive for results, take ownership, be self-motivated, and think outside the box. Must work well with extended remote teams.
  • Must be an excellent and organizer. The position requires working with Line of Business change windows and scheduling enterprise delivery of required security vulnerability patches to avoid disruption of production processes. Candidate will need to work with the Lines of Business and other change and release stakeholder teams to ensure all patches have been tested, certified, and approved for implementation. Must be able to adapt to constantly changing priorities, and new vulnerabilities will sometimes be higher priority for implementation. Must work well with risk management teams to evaluate risk versus reward for patch scheduling.

Required Skills
  • Experience with desktop security practices and tools
  • Experience with networking and active directory in a large corporate environment
  • Microsoft OS troubleshooting experience. Windows 10
  • Excellent troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent understanding of MS Office toolset
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and quickly adapt to new processes and procedures in a timely manner
  • Works independently with general guidance
  • Continuously learn and adapt
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new tools, process and technologies
  • Communicates effectively and clearly across audiences (business partner, internal and external service providers)

  • They should be a self-starter that is good working with various partner teams
  • Some of the candidates duties may require off hours work

Desired Skills
  • Software Deployment tools knowledge- SCCM, Big-Fix TEM, Tanium
  • Ability to identify trend and potential risks in content creation
  • Proficiency in other Windows batch and scripting languages (VBScript, PowerShell, Batch files.)
  • ITIL V3 Foundations certification
  • Proven team player who can work comfortably in a multicultural environment
  • Proven ability to work independently, multi task and effectively work in a complex environment with a global team structure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; influencer, facilitator, and collaborator
  • Detail oriented and organized
