job summary:Client is looking for "that rare individual who can engage, influence, and motivate teams to effectively implement Cloud technologies. A person who understands the intersection of business and technology in order to translate complex topics to a wide variety of audiences using different communication mediums. The individual has an understanding of Microsoft Azure certifications, roles, and learning paths".

Emphasize: This role will have overall responsibility for delivering successful training plans and comprehensive programs for strong cloud adoption. Works collaboratively with cross-functional teams to communicate across the organization. Accelerates new skilling with Cloud Certifications (Azure Centric) and critical business and culture skills needed to drive true Cloud transformation. Partners appropriately to build Comprehensive Training Programs. Defines the context and future cloud talent needs that align to WBA cloud strategy. Defines WBA current cloud skills landscape and learning ecosystem, identify where you have skill and content gaps, and plan how to fill them. Utilizes data to design, personalize, and execute learning paths to build the most critically needed skills. Translating skill gaps into needed actions. Collaborates with cross-functional stakeholders (content developers, engineers, subject matter experts, and product management teams) to create successful content. Not as important:
  • Create strategy to accelerate cloud adoption
  • Develops short- and long-range cloud adaption strategies and roadmap.

Communication Channels:
  • Sharepoint (Modern Communication Site). High graphics content / video editing & delivery. Integrate Bot and leading edge customer centric capabilities into the site. UI design skills.
  • Microsoft Teams - Facilitated workshops and learning sessions
  • Intranet / eMail distribution (easy to learn, support resources available)
