This role will also drive design and build our channel management that supports both inbound and outbound communication, which includes email, ticketing, call, text message, chat (robot or live), and knowledge base-driven FAQ. The role plays at the intersection of Product and Marketing for future residents and agents, Product and Customer Service for current residents as well as Product and B2B strategic partnerships. This role will be able to align analytical tools and data with marketing strategy, covering the entire funnel from marketing acquisition to product usage, and help achieve high customers' satisfaction level. Product Manager will need to work with company's strategic partners and internal functional teams across marketing, data analytics, property acquisition, property management and accounting to drive the business success through software solutions and tech-enabled services. qualifications:
- Must hold a bachelor's degree. MBA or technical degree a plus.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager and minimum 5-year of working experience in relevant product design and development position.
- 3+ years of experience with customer service tools and CRMs like Zendesk, SalesForce, etc. (nice to have)
- Familiarity with Agile framework.
