job summary:Graphic Design Role that requaires:Reporting to the head of TI Communications, working closely with the VP, Transformation & Executive Communications, the graphic designer is responsible for graphic design for a wide variety of assignments, including social media, digital communications, presentations,illustration, web sites, and events.A visual storyteller and problem solver, the Graphic Designer will take ideas from concept to implementation, having the ability to brainstorm, develop concepts, build mechanicals, and work closely with TI Communications leaders. The Graphic Designer will also serve as the creative director for the organization's new intranet site.You will be a key player on the TI Communications team, bringing Technology Infrastructure's work to life, motivating employees, making complex concepts more understandable, and recognizing colleague contributions. Responsibilities:- Serve as creative director for team's new intranet site.
- Develop images for social media for leaders' posts.
- Create visuals, including illustrations, to anchor communications campaigns and key Technology Infrastructure initiatives.
- Develop template for weekly newsletter plus visuals for content.
- Undergraduate degree in design, such as a BFA, or equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- High proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects, Dreamweaver, Acrobat, and Premiere Pro
- Some proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Microsoft Word
- strong experience in digital design.
- Ability to multi-task in fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Ability to carry out brand standards
- Demonstrate a variety of different design styles, including working with type
- Exceptional design skills across social, digital, print, illustration, and branding
- Excellent creative and communication skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and multi-task as needed
- Excellent knowledge of current design, illustration, typography
- Portfolio of work samples required
- Experience level:
- Minimum 5 years of experience
- Education: Bachelors (required)
