Position: ServiceNow Specialist Duration: 1 year with extendible Location: Montgomery, AL (Onsite from day1) Position Description: This position will work with existing department staff as a hands-on specialist, business analyst, developer and key resource in identifying, developing, documenting, training and implementing solutions and applications within our ServiceNow ITSM instances. This includes, but is not limited to, configuration, maintenance, integration, custom programming, migration and upgrades in relation to our ServiceNow instances. Design, create, document and implement fields, screens, forms, lists and workflows for Core, Service Portal, Knowledge, IT Service Management (Incident Management, Problem Management, Service Catalog/Request and Configuration Management), CMDB, Asset Management and SCCM Integration ServiceNow components. Skills Required: Motivated self-started able to work independently, while also possessing skills to work with others. Strong verbal and written communication and collaboration skills. Outstanding customer service skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Sound negotiating and decision-making skills. Strong project management skills. Prioritizing and multi-tasking skills. Experience Required: 5+ years ITSM and ServiceNow development, administration and workflow experience 3+ years ServiceNow scripting using JavaScript: Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Actions and UI pages experience 3+ years ServiceNow CMDB, Asset Management, Discovery and/or Orchestration experience 3+ years LDAP, Active Directory, ADFS, and Azure experience Education Required: Associate's Degree or higher in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Or equivalent work experience. Certification Preferred: ServiceNow and/or Microsoft Certifications
