Role:SAP ABAP Duration:Fulltime Location:Charlotte,North Carolina Job Description:
- Managing support activities in an SAP S/4HANA landscape (incidents / service requests / change requests)
- Working across functional teams for the support of SAP S/4HANA landscape that covers Finance processes for an America based Client
- Good experience in managing support processes in a SAP environment such as: Ticket triaging, documentation and resolution in ITSM tools, Managing and executing Minor enhancements and Change requests
- Experience in SAP S/4 HANA ABAP for Finance functionality to manage requirements and provide solutions
- Able to translate business requirements into solutions and build TSD from FSD
- Able to Support finance business teams for troubleshooting and help them with their queries
- Demonstrate ability to perform root cause analysis on major or persistent issues
- Able to analyze existing code to figure out how objects need to be enhanced.
- Experience in providing technical guidance for complex SAP S/4 finance system issues
- Experience in working in production support environment like Incident management, troubleshooting, problem management, change task, change management etc.
- Able to manage Business and IT Stakeholder
- Able to manage and support and guide team members
- Able to drive issues to closure
