Senior Project Manager
job summary:This Senior Project Manager is responsible for providing project management leadership for one or more medium to large-sized projects of moderate to high risk, impact, and complexity. This candidate will drive timely decisions by key stakeholders in the context of the assigned high-risk projects relative to scope, schedule, and costs/benefits. Works closely with IT functional project managers and IT leadership to influence adoption, support, and adherence of ongoing improvements to IT project management standards, tools, and techniques. location: SAN FRANCISCO, Californiajob type: Contractsalary: $75 - 85 per hourwork hours: 8am to 4pmeducation: Bachelors responsibilities:- Participate in operational reviews, deliver data relevant to support the validation of operational activities as well as strategic deliverable - Assist in creating a communication model and executing the model - Trend analysis for incidents and requests (standard delivery of Key Performance Indicators). Offer recommendations based on analysis. - Researching, analyzing, designing, proposing, and delivering solutions that are appropriate for the business and technology strategies. - Contribute to building a motivated and competent regional team - For more complex problems, coordinate the resolution with other technical teams or external vendors. - Works with multiple vendors coordinating solutions between clients and product manufacturers. - Collaboration within the End User Services leads to consolidate data driving improved service delivery - Identifies the need for documenting solutions to common problems and responses to frequently asked questions. - Monitors service level agreements to ensure that requirements are met or exceeded. Escalates problems as required based on SLAs. Informs management as appropriate. - Ensure standard processes are being performed accurately qualifications:
