Technical Data Analyst

job summary:

• Manages, monitors and supports the day to day data sourcing and reporting capabilities within stated Service level agreements.
• Manage the Production deployment activities according to documented SLA's and develop production support dashboards and supporting metrics.
• This position is a senior level role with the responsibility to investigate, research and suggest solution options, define technical implementation tasks/timelines and track technical delivery to support established Enterprise Data Privacy Technology milestones. This position works closely with senior business and technical leaders, cross functional groups and third party vendors to deliver enterprise data privacy capabilities.
• Manages, monitors and supports the day to day work in the Platform Services and Support group in support of implemented Data Privacy laws.
• Responsible for meeting with projects teams, understand the test data needs and enable them with the knowledge to find test data.
• This position works closely with internal data teams and external teams like Release management and Batch execution teams to perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies between the systems.

• Maintain Platform Services & Support manual/playbook
• Manage and coordinate the day to day Production reporting and deployment tasks with internal and external application development teams
• Oversee Service Level Agreement process, metric reporting for missed SLA's and root cause analysis for missed SLA's.
• Oversee JIRA completion rates and reporting required
• Maintain SME level knowledge in all products and services provided for Privacy Tech
• Develop and manage stakeholder communication routines for upcoming changes and/or deployments

• 3+ years of experience in writing SQL queries
• 2+ years of JAVA and/or web development experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Detail oriented with the ability to handle a variety of tasks; works in a self-directed manner and takes a proactive approach to job responsibilities
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize work, manage complexity and deliver solutions on deadlines
• Great analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work with the stakeholders to understand the concerns, risks and issues
• Acting as a liaison between the business and its information (IT) department
• Demonstrated passion for intellectual curiosity and accuracy as well as the ability to research issues and identify root cause and patterns.

• Experience and/or knowledge of Data Privacy Laws
• 2 - 5 years
• 3+ years of experience in writing SQL queries
• 2+ years of JAVA and/or web development experience
