Brand new HVAC company starting in the Portland area. We are looking for a lead tech that is well rounded in training and knowledgeable in install and repairs of commercial and residential repair.
Plus if you are able to repair commercial equipment.
We are also looking o hire HVAC techs that must be able to self diagnose and repair without supervision. Take a truck and hit the road.
We will provide a work vehicle and all tools provided.
Tuition reimbursement health benefits and pto will be allotted after a agreed upon time with the company.
Base pay is very competitive guaranteed plus bonuses for performance and efficiency.
We are hiring a lead tech that wants to actually be part of a company that is family. We are hoping to grow to 10 trucks on the road by end of year and lead tech will over see all techs.
