Looking to Clean Up with a New Job?We’re looking for a Full-Time 2nd Shift Formulation Support Technician in our 350,000 square foot climate-controlled facility in the Forks of the River Industrial Park. The right candidate will enjoy a fast paced, team oriented environment with a focus on safety.

Great Starting Pay (Starting at $13.90/Hr - Includes $1.00/Hr Shift Differential)

2nd Shift is 2:45 pm - 11:15 pm

Longevity Bonus (5 Yrs/$5000, 10 Yrs/$10,000, 15 Yrs/$15,000, etc.)

Company Profit Sharing (After 6 Mo of F/T Employment)

First Pay Review After 6 Months

Direct Deposit

Disassembles, cleans, sanitizes and reassembles Formulation equipment including machine transfer pumps, Parts, utensils, etc. in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures, and Good Manufacturing Practices. Maintains and cleans Formulation areas including sanitization of Formulation floor, fans, mats, and holding tank area and drains and accurately maintains cleaning logs.

Hands-on experience in a high volume continuous manufacturing environment.

Ability to lift up to 45 lbs. regularly and consistently over duration of shift.

Ability to stand, squat, pull, stretch, bend, and lift regularly and consistently over duration of shift.

Ability to work in a hot, wet environment for duration of shift.

Dependability with exceptional attendance and punctuality.

Self-motivation and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.

Ability to read, write, and follow established operational procedures.

Ability to perform basic math skills (add, subtract, multiply, divide, etc.).

Ability to perform in a fast-paced environment on a prolonged basis while maintaining safety and quality.
