Our business is growing week-by-week and we are in a position where we need to bring on a full-time, dedicated, and passionate Sous Chef to lead our kitchen team to a new, glorious culinary future. As Sous Chef, you will be running the kitchen and reporting only to the Director and Owner. In addition to your standard job description for Sous Chef, this position will be working with a team of approximately 10-12 dedicated BOH team member that you will lead. You will be performing ordering and scheduling as well, so we expect candidates applying to have experience in those areas. Above all else, we are looking for someone passionate and HUNGRY to come help improve the already great kitchen team and take us to the next level. We expect someone to have a great personality that attracts others to strong leadership.
