We have immediate full-time openings on both mornings as well as overnights starting at $21 / hour, $21.94 at 8 weeks + Incentive Pay of up to 10% & Quarterly Bonuses. This is an extremely physically demanding position which requires working on your feet at a quick pace and heavy, repetitive lifting.

Here is how the Relocation Program works for candidates who move ANYWHERE WITHIN 42 miles of 1010 Riverview Drive in Cherokee, IA. Towns people often move to are Cherokee, Le Mars, Storm Lake, Orange City, & Sheldon.

-1st day of employment- $750 check for landlord or mortgage broker

-1st day of employment-If you need money quickly, after orientation is complete, we can write you a check advancing you the earnings from your first 8 hours of employment

-5th day of employment- $200 Hy-Vee gift card (can be used at Hy-Vee Grocery Stores & Gas Stations)

-10th day- $200 Hy-Vee gift card

-90th day- $800 Hy-Vee gift card

We do NOT provide housing but can provide contact information for landlords and real estate agents in towns that are within the 42 mile range of our warehouse (eg: Cherokee, Le Mars, Storm Lake, Orange City, Sheldon, Ida Grove, etc.)

Requirements:

-Weekend availability

-Must have recent experience working in a warehouse (preferably as an order selector) or another job that EXTREMELY PHYSICALLY DEMANDING & FAST PACED job.

-Must be able to work in a physically intense position which requires rigorous, repetitive lifting of 25-75 pounds and walking 8-10 hours on concrete floors. The Warehouse Generalist position requires extreme physical exertion including continuous lifting and working on your feet at a quick pace.

-Must pass post offer pre-employment fitness test, hearing, and drug screen (THC excluded)

Duties:

-Selects product from an order request in a timely manner

-Operate power equipment

-Responsible for building pallets of orders efficiently and safely, stacking boxes that may weigh up to 75 pounds each
