Construction Laborer (Rochester)

Growing Rochester, New York construction firm is looking for a construction laborer to join our team. This full-time, hourly position offers the potential for longer-term advancement to higher level construction positions in the Company. As a Construction Laborer, your work will include participating in a variety of construction tasks to help deliver the Company’s self-performed project work on time and under budget. This includes interior demolition, wall framing, drywall, carpentry, hardware installation, and related work.

The ideal candidate will possess as many of the following traits as possible:

Prior experience working in commercial construction.

Prior experience working with power and manual tools.

Carpentry and framing/drywall experience a plus.

Knowledge of OSHA and other job site safety procedures.

Comfortable working indoors or outside in varied weather conditions.

A high level of attendance and consistently being on time are critical.

Ability to adhere to Company values of trust, integrity, efficiency, professionalism, and customer satisfaction;

Reliable vehicle and good driving history;

Periodic travel to upstate New York job locations from Buffalo to Albany which can sometimes include overnight stays; and

Drug free and willing to undergo a background check in accordance with legal requirements.
