Landscape Team Members Needed (Rockville, VA)

Glen Allen Grounds Management, LLC specializes in residential and small commercial grounds management, landscape construction, hardscaping, and outdoor living spaces such as retaining walls, patios, walkways, fireplaces, etc.

We are seeking experienced & motivated individuals to be a part of one of our landscape installation teams. You will be responsible for the day to day work that the company has on schedule. This work includes, but is not limited to, tree and shrub installation, topsoil, sod, drainage, river rock, and mulching. This person should have a good attitude, willingness to learn, shows up on time, and works hard. The individual must have reliable transportation to and from the office.

Qualifications:

- 1-3 years landscaping/planting experience (required)

- Basic knowledge of plant material

- Able to operate a variety of landscaping equipment including augers, trenchers, dingos/ditch witches, etc.

- Able to work outdoors in all types of weather conditions

- Able to lift a minimum of 50 lbs.

- Must be at least 16 years old

- Dependable, reliable, hard working

- Ability to provide your own transportation (Required)

Other duties include, but not limited to:

- Maintaining a fleet of equipment

- Washing equipment, trucks, and trailers

- Picking up supplies

- Maintaining a safe work environment

- Attention to detail

- Customer interaction
