May be responsible for any of the following activities: manufacturing, materials/planning, quality control, supply chain and logistics, shipping/receiving, distribution, and facilities management. Typically has responsibility for multiple activities.Job Requirements:Education/Experience: Minimum of 10-15 years of experience leading operations organizations in developed and high-growth markets with a demonstrated history of meeting/exceeding targets and expectations. Minimum 5 years of experience working with highly-automated manufacturing cells/equipment. Bachelor's degree is required; MBA preferred.Language Ability: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence.
