We are seeking a Customer Service Representative and Office assistant to join our fast-growing company. We are not a retail company so you will be working primarily through email and phone with clients.
Primary responsibilities will be in the operation of customer management, lead generation, inventory management, and working with an awesome group of people! We do not expect you to be able to operate all tasks perfectly on day one, and will be training you to perform all of your tasks at a high ability. We are searching for someone that wants a long term position at our company, and that can eventually move into a management role.
We will fully train you.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Learn and follow our production quality system, including work instructions and forms.
Dillegently follow our file management systems
Phone calls with customers
Put production orders together
Work with new customers that come off of our website
Diligently keep track and manage all inventory on hand
Work on our production floor when needed
Assist production team with cleaning and organization of production areas.
Meet critical deadlines.
Communicate to make sure deadlines are met.
Can listen, learn, and apply.
Hard-working and dependable.
Enjoys a challenge, detail-oriented, and patient.
Basic math skills are required (must be able to add, subtract, multiply, divide)
Must be computer literate (knows how to use Microsoft products)
Working with CRM systems is a plus!
Basic knowledge in graphics is a plus!
Can lift up to 50 lbs
