CONSTRUCTION MANAGER/ INSTALLATION MANAGER (North Canton)

Gutter Logic LLC, is seeking an experienced construction project manager to run the installation department in North Canton Ohio. Gutter Logic specializes in gutter installation and gutter protection installs in and around the entire Akron region. You will need to be well versed in computers working with excel and word. You will also need construction skill level technology and the ability to manage sub-contractors.

Responsibilities

Work with the sales department, schedule installation projects, train and hire sub-contractor installation crews

Perform day to day computer and paperwork duties

Take phone calls daily to set installation jobs for gutter and gutter protection

Service calls, training, customer service, and payroll responsibilities

Qualifications

3-5 years of residential construction experience

3-5 years working with excel, word, etc

3-5 years of management experience

Strong business acumen in project planning and management

Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills with gutter/gutter protection, and the surrounding areas of the home on the outside iesoffit, fascia, wood replacement

must own a TRUCK or VAN for work

must have a valid driver’s license
