Maintenance Supervisor (Midland, TX)

The ideal candidate must have prior experience in apartment maintenance with a strong skill set in plumbing and HVAC, the ability to trouble shoot and problem solve quickly and efficiently, strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to work independently, and a working knowledge of basic computer software.
