Operate as the lead point of contact on sales campaigns
Work alongside the marketing and communications department to increase consumer pipeline
Attend regular morning meetings and conferences locally and out of state
Manage the reporting, optimization, and improvement changes to meet department goals
Have a strong understanding of clients' goals and objectives pre-campaign launch.
Build and maintain long-term leads through focused and personalized interactions
Provide skilled customer service and handling of customers' needs effectively.
Go through an on-going training on new products, services, procedures, and initiatives
Identify growth opportunities in various locations
Do weekly progress reports and communicate them to upper management
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent Sales experience
A strong record of providing outstanding customer service in prior roles
Success in developing new business relationships and managing an existing client base
Communicate effectively with upper management
A solid work ethic and desire to succeed
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-through skills.
Creative thinker and excited by change
