Job Description
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:Integrate public relations and communications with customer service in order to create personalized brand experiences
Engage with audience and manager a two-way channel of communication
Create value-added focus through every product and service promoted during a campaign
Quickly assess and resolve issues for both the consumers and clients
Lead one of our client accounts, working with strategic marketing and sales professionals
Identify consumers needs, wants, and purchase trends in given areas
Help determine goals and priorities of a project
Build sustainable relationships with potential leads through personalized interactions
Manage multiple consumer accounts and ensure there is loyalty
Learn the consumer acquisition process
Coordinate and manage hosted PR events around various cities and untapped regions
Create new relationships with consumers through genuine interactions
Manage consumer information through a CRM system
Qualifications
Learn what it takes to assist brands with their overall reach and become solely responsible for growth in their client base! Candidates should possess the following skills in order to be successful in their role:
Requirements:Level of education: Degree
Excellent interpersonal communication skills
Minimum of 1-year sales/marketing/customer service experience with a proven track record of success or an attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to multi-task and execute flawlessly
Knowledge of the local area and market trends
Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality
Ability to grow and adapt with the demand of our changing markets
