Job Description

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Integrate public relations and communications with customer service in order to create personalized brand experiences

  • Engage with audience and manager a two-way channel of communication

  • Create value-added focus through every product and service promoted during a campaign

  • Quickly assess and resolve issues for both the consumers and clients

  • Lead one of our client accounts, working with strategic marketing and sales professionals

  • Identify consumers needs, wants, and purchase trends in given areas

  • Help determine goals and priorities of a project

  • Build sustainable relationships with potential leads through personalized interactions

  • Manage multiple consumer accounts and ensure there is loyalty

  • Learn the consumer acquisition process

  • Coordinate and manage hosted PR events around various cities and untapped regions

  • Create new relationships with consumers through genuine interactions

  • Manage consumer information through a CRM system

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Level of education: Degree

  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills

  • Minimum of 1-year sales/marketing/customer service experience with a proven track record of success or an attitude and willingness to learn.

  • Ability to multi-task and execute flawlessly

  • Knowledge of the local area and market trends

  • Must be dependable and maintain excellent attendance and punctuality

  • Ability to grow and adapt with the demand of our changing markets
