Job Description
Responsibilities:Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers
Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer longevity
Advising customers about the products and services
Meet directly with customers to discuss their needs
Develop and execute a business plan to manage and grow your existing customer base
Prospect and develop a customer pipeline with sales calls, new business sales demonstrations, ensuring successful customer integration
Manage existing client relationships
Cross selling other Products and manage the sales pipeline
Account for all field activities in our CRM system
Represent the company at industry events and be an ambassador for the company
Qualifications
Requirements:Have 2-5 years of sales experience?
Have a degree in marketing, communications or business?
Have the ability to represent the company in a positive and professional way?
Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills?
Understand the acquisition process and how it determines ROI for customers and then apply service solutions accordingly?
Have a proven ability to work well under pressure?
Assess tasks and prioritize high-potential customers?
