Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and customers

  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure customer longevity

  • Advising customers about the products and services

  • Meet directly with customers to discuss their needs

  • Develop and execute a business plan to manage and grow your existing customer base

  • Prospect and develop a customer pipeline with sales calls, new business sales demonstrations, ensuring successful customer integration

  • Manage existing client relationships

  • Cross selling other Products and manage the sales pipeline

  • Account for all field activities in our CRM system

  • Represent the company at industry events and be an ambassador for the company

Qualifications

Requirements:

  • Have 2-5 years of sales experience?

  • Have a degree in marketing, communications or business?

  • Have the ability to represent the company in a positive and professional way?

  • Possess outstanding interpersonal communication skills?

  • Understand the acquisition process and how it determines ROI for customers and then apply service solutions accordingly?

  • Have a proven ability to work well under pressure?

  • Assess tasks and prioritize high-potential customers?
