Maintenance Technician for 3 Multifamily Communities in NFDL (North Fond Du Lac)

We are a growing Manufactured Home Community Operator seeking to fill an opening for a full time Maintenance Technician. The Technician is responsible for 3 Manufactured Home Communities respectively located in North Fond Du Lac, WI. Candidates must be honest, dependable and self-motivated and have at least 2 years of maintenance and repair experience. In addition, a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation and a high school diploma or GED is required for this position.

Job Responsibilities:

· Assist with the renovation/remodeling of manufactured homes

· Responding to emergency requests

· Perform repair of buildings and equipment

· Maintain record of scheduled services

· Grounds and general maintenance

· Electrical

· Plumbing

· Mechanical (heating and cooling)

· Various others as deemed necessary
