Mixer Operators (Marshfield)

Mix Operator:

Badger State Staffing has an opening for a Mix Operator in the Marshfield area. Hours are 6AM – 6PM or 6PM to 6AM. Must have one year of prior food grade manufacturing experience.

Weekly Pay

$18.25 - 19.25 per hour

1st and 2nd shift available

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Perform a variety of duties in the set-up and operation of equipment

Perform basic automated and manual equipment set-up functions

Maintain customer quality standards, including performing quality testing as needed

Troubleshoot equipment as needed Initiate rework/repair activities as needed

Record data required for statistical process control or inventory management

Perform basic preventive maintenance on the automated equipment at specified intervals and schedules

OUR IDEAL CANDIDATE:

Age 18 years or older

Previous manufacturing experience preferred

Able to perform manual and repetitive tasks

Able to lift up to 50 pounds and walk up/down stairs on a regular basis

Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

Has a passionate customer focus

Willingness to learn a variety of machines and roles

Has basic computer skills
