Warehouse Working Supervisor

The Renovator’s Supply, Inc. is an essential 24/7 small growing global
manufacturing company in need of an experienced working supervisor with
potential and ambition to rapidly grow into a managerial position in its Erving
warehouse facility.
You need to demonstrate previous experience in a high volume customer-centric environment such as fulfillment center, restaurant operations or similar experience which requires finding, training, assigning work, follow up and corrective action is taken where needed of entry-level staff.
You will need great communication skills to not only learn internal operations and work with both employees and management but will be the linchpin to ensure high quality, optimal fulfillment services, at a reasonable cost between the company and its customers.

Must be able to Lift, lower, slide packages up to 70 pounds.
