TheAccount Services Coordinator reflects the mission, vision, and values of NM, adheres to the organization’s Code of Ethics and Corporate Compliance Program, and complies with all relevant policies, procedures, guidelines and all other regulatory and accreditation standards.
The Account Services Coordinator has primary responsibility for development and implementation of programs relating to excellent customer service. In addition, the position develops personal business relationships and helps in the transition from a competitive lab to CDH/Health Lab.
- Minimum of 1-3 years of customer service experience.
- Recent college graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Bachelor's degree.
- MLT or equivalent lab work experience.
- CERT MLT
