Shop Laborer

DEPARTMENT: Machine Shop

FLSA STATUS: Non Exempt

JOB SUMMARY

Performs tasks involving physical labor for machine shop

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITIES

Responsible for cleaning, packaging, assembling, shipping and receiving parts as needed

Operates various types of hand tools

Cleans and prepares site

Performs other duties as assigned or requested

Saw operations and light machining

Inventory of raw materials

General shop organization and cleaning

JOB QUALIFICATIONS

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent

Experience: Entry level to one year of related experience
