Journeyman Electrician and Apprentice (rohnert pk / cotati)

We are a small company. Me (the contractor) and one real good journeyman. We are looking for both an apprentice and a journeyman. We leave our egos and attitudes off the job. We believe in doing the job to the best of our ability. Currently we are installing a lot of generators and doing service upgrades. We are very Covid 19 safe. Both on and off the job. We do as much as we can to protect our selves and those around us. We don't smoke and neither do you. You must have a clean CA drivers license. You must be organized and detail oriented. You must be able to show up to work on time every day anywhere in the North bay. Many days we will meet at the shop and dispatch to our jobs. Sometimes you may take a truck, and sometimes you may use your own vehicle.

For the journeyman position, you must be able to troubleshoot, design, make material lists, work alone and relay information in a manner that I can turn around and submit an invoice. You must appear neat clean and put together. You must be good with customers and other tradesmen (even if they are ass holes). Our pay is defiantly competitive to bigger companies. Pay will be based on your ability to perform.

For the apprentice position, you must be able to use hand tools well. You must pay attention and stay off your phone. You must be eager to learn. You will be the one who loads, unloads, crawls in the attics and crawlspaces.

You will clean and organize. You must learn the names of all parts materials, and equipment. You must appear neat clean and put together.
