Our company is looking for a part-time Assistant to handle clerical tasks in our office, such as data entry, filing, other general office duties, and running errands.
In order for you to be selected as a candidate, you will need the ability to write clearly and be proficient with MS Office processing applications. You must be able to alphabetically file. A pleasing personality with strong communication skills is also highly valued.
Recording information as needed.
Answering phones as needed.
Updating paperwork, maintaining documents and word processing.
Helping organize and clean office common areas.
Performing general office clerk duties and errands.
Maintaining office equipment as needed.
Maintaining, and entering information into database.
High school diploma or GED.
Experience with Data Entry and MS Office Suite
Ability to write clearly and help with word processing when necessary.
Warm personality with strong communication skills.
Ability to work well under limited supervision.
Great communication skills.
Have a valid driver license and reliable transportation.
