Mambo assistant manager (Downtown steamboat springs)

Mambos is looking for an experienced upbeat assistant manager. This position requires three days a week (Sunday, Monday & Thursday nights) with the potential to cross train in other areas. Job role includes managing the floor during service, customer relations, and supporting the G/M & staff in their roles. Mambos is a high volume Italian restaurant.
