Field Technician 1 (Pueblo)

Job Title: Field Technician I

Division: Fire & Water Mitigation

Status: Full Time (On-Call) or Part Time (On-Call)

Pay Rate: $12.00 – $14.00

SUMMARY:

As a Field Technician I you will provide support to victims of fires, floods, mold, and other disasters by helping them to restore their property. This role is pivotal to establishing and maintaining a customer to business interaction. We take pride in ensuring that we create a clean and safe environment for families, friends, and/or colleagues who live or work in these affected areas. This position allows you to make a difference for the better in peoples livelihoods, come join our team!

RESPONSIBILITES:

Participate in after hour, and weekend work under an on-call basis.

Respond to emergency calls promptly. (Following handbook expectations)

Communicate well with team members and all parties affiliated.

Report directly to the Field Supervisor onsite.

Fill out necessary documents either written and/or digitally.

Download, learn, and apply the digital applications used within our company.

Perform demolition when needed: drywall, carpet, pad, wood floors, etc.

Drive company vehicles when necessary. (Good Driving Record)

Follow proper protocols per cleaning in respective loss type.

Help with contents packing, cleaning, and storage.

Utilize hand tools, and power tools properly for work efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

Able to pass a Background Check (Required to work on insurance projects).

Own a cell phone with service (Provides us constant communication).

Reliable Transportation

Must be able to lift 50 lbs.

Restoration Service(s) Preferred
