The Fat Shallot food truck is hiring for new team members to round out our crew. It takes a unique person to succeed in the food truck world and we're on a search to find some great candidates. As we all navigate the pandemic, the Fat Shallot food truck is finding creative and new ways to bring our sandwiches to people all over Chicagoland and we need your help.

The right candidate will be energetic, able to roll with all the unexpected punches food truck life can throw, punctual, work with a sense of urgency and will care about providing great food and great customer service.
